Plan. Train. Track.
All on your phone.

Tracker brings your weekly training program, every set you log, any stat you measure (weight, calories, steps, sleep...) and progress photos into one beautiful Android app. It works fully offline: you don't need an account, and the app doesn't even ask for internet access.

Features

Everything you need to make progress

Plan your week, log a set in seconds, see your strength go up, track any number that matters to you and see your body change in progress photos. Then export any of it as a PDF or Excel file, or back it all up to move to a new phone.

calendar_month

Plan your week, your way

Start a program from a Full Body, Upper/Lower or Push/Pull/Legs template, pick your training days, and Home shows today's workout. Drag the days into your own order, fill each one from your exercise library, set targets, reorder exercises or pair two as a superset. On the Progress tab, search your exercises and filter by target muscle.

lockYour exercises live on your phone; nothing is looked up online.

fitness_center

Log sets in seconds

Large −/+ steppers make logging weight and reps easy, even mid-set. Mark warm-ups, drop sets and sets to failure, rate the effort (RPE), see the plates for each side of the bar, and celebrate a new personal best the moment you hit it.

insights

See your strength climb

Every exercise has its own chart and full history. Switch between top set, estimated one-rep max, reps, volume and strength per kilo of bodyweight (× BW), and see this week's working sets for each muscle group.

timer

Rest and hold timers

A rest countdown starts after each set and lets you know when it's over, even with the app closed. Timed sets like planks get their own hold timer.

query_stats

Track any number

Weight, body fat, waist, calories, protein, steps, sleep or your own: each stat gets a target (a daily amount or a change over time), a chart and its full history. Touch and hold a card to drag your stats into any order.

summarize

Every workout, summed up

Finish and see your time, sets, volume against last time and the personal bests you set. Home shows your week streak and a 12-week calendar.

photo_camera

See the change the scale misses

Take a front, side and back photo in a few taps. A body outline with head, shoulder, waist, hip and knee marks shows where to stand, your last photo appears faintly over the camera so you can line up in the same spot, and a self-timer gives you time to step back. Already have the photo? Pick it from your gallery. Note measurements with each session, then compare your first and latest photo side by side.

lockPhotos are stored only inside the app on your phone. The ones you take aren't added to your gallery, and none are uploaded to cloud backups.

bolt

A workout you can't lose

Every set is saved the moment you log it. Leave the app, lock the phone or restart it: the workout comes back where you were, and a notification keeps the clock running.

favorite

Health Connect, if you like

Fill your Steps, Weight and Sleep stats from Health Connect instead of typing them. It's optional, reads only, and nothing leaves your phone.

settings_backup_restore

Move phones in one file

Back up everything, progress photos included, to a single .zip and restore it on your new phone. You choose where the file goes.

notifications

A gentle nudge, when you want it

If you haven't logged today's stats yet, an optional daily reminder helps you keep your streak. Pick its time, or turn it off, in Settings.

palette

Light, dark or your wallpaper

Material Design 3 with a calm blue theme, or colors from your wallpaper on Android 12+. Smooth transitions, and layouts that adapt to tablets and larger screens.

widgets

Right on your home screen

The Up next widget shows your next training day with a Start button and this week's workouts. Long-press the app icon to start a workout, log a stat or take progress photos.

translate

In English and العربية

The whole app is translated into Arabic with a right-to-left layout, and numbers typed in Arabic digits just work. On first launch, a short welcome sets up your first program and stats, or skip it.

download

Take your numbers anywhere

Export what you're looking at as a PDF or an Excel file: an exercise's progress or a period of any stat. Exports follow the metric, range or period you picked. Or save everything at once from Settings.

infoFiles are made on your phone and saved wherever you choose. Nothing is uploaded.

Privacy

Your data never leaves your phone

From Settings you can export your data as a PDF or Excel file, back it all up to a file you keep, or delete everything with one tap. Health Connect sync is optional and only reads what's already on your phone. The app never goes online, and it doesn't ask for internet access.
